Shipping Policy

Wiser Shipping Policy

1. Generalities

At Wiser, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery service to all our customers. Our shipping policies are detailed below.

2. Scope of Delivery

Currently, we ship only within Peru. We do not currently offer international shipping.

3. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customer location and product availability.
  • SAME DAY: In the case of same-day deliveries, it is only valid for now for the following districts of Metropolitan Lima: ( Barranco, Miraflores, San Isidro and Surquillo) they will only be delivered on the same day if the purchase was made before 2:00 p.m. If the purchase is made outside of those hours, it will be scheduled for the next day. Likewise, if the purchase is made on a holiday , it will be postponed to the next day.
  • Estimated delivery times for areas outside of SAME DAY will be provided at the time of ordering and typically range from 3 to 7 business days.
  • In rural or hard-to-reach areas, delivery times may be longer.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery address.
  • Shipping costs will be clearly displayed in the order summary before checkout.

5. Shipping Process

  • Once the order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent with shipping details and a tracking number.
  • Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and public holidays.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • In the event that the delivery attempt fails for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect address or absence of the recipient), the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
  • We will contact the customer to coordinate a new delivery attempt.

7. Inspection upon Receiving

  • We encourage customers to inspect products upon receipt and report any problems or damage within 48 hours of receipt.
  • If the product shows visible damage, we ask that you refuse delivery and contact our customer service team immediately.
