Wisser Exchange and Refund Policy
1. Generalities
At Wiser, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or refund according to the following terms.
2. Conditions for Exchanges and Refunds
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
- The request for an exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- To initiate the exchange or refund process, customers must contact our customer service team through the contact form on our website or by emailing ventaswiserperu@gmail.com.
3. Changes
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired product. If the desired product is unavailable, the customer can opt for a refund or choose another product of equal value.
- Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect products, where Wiser will cover the shipping costs.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. For credit or debit card payments, refund processing times may vary depending on the bank.
- Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the product received is defective or not correct, or in such a separate case that logistics management has failed.
- Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
- If the customer receives a defective or incorrect product, they must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Wiser will cover the return shipping costs and will either ship the correct product or refund it, whichever you prefer.
