Wiser is an online store offering household items, tactical items, miscellaneous items, and more. We currently operate exclusively online, but we're working hard to expand and offer personalized in-person service in the future.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including out-of-stock, shipping failures, including but not limited to product availability, or errors in product descriptions or prices. Transactions must be made in Peruvian Soles (PEN).

7. Shipping and Deliveries

Currently, we ship only within the national territory. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries will be made in accordance with applicable regulations in Peru.

8. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving the product. Products must be in their original condition and unused. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Wiser and is protected by Peruvian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from our website is prohibited.
